Preorders
All items are sold as preorders, unless stated otherwise. This means your order will be processed after the preorder period has ended. Production begins once the preorder window closes.
Processing & Shipping Time
Because items are made after preorders are collected, please allow a few weeks for your order to be produced and shipped. Estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks after the preorder period ends, though timing may vary.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high demand. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
